An invitation to our fifth sacred pause collaboration at fell edge. To nourish in the divine feminine & community, dive deep into 5Rhythms dance, ceremony, ritual theatre, breathwork, self-enquiry, aromatic massage, yoga nidra, meditation, silence & shamanic journeying.

We shall drop into the rhythm of Stillness & explore the upper chakras, the Ajna (third eye), Sahasrara (crown) & Soul Star (8th), to strengthen the union between our animal & divine selves, our body & spirit.

Space to slow down, breathe, tune in with awareness, harmonise inside, & rest in our still-point. From this place of inner peace & balance, we shall dance in ceremony a series of 5Rhythms waves to harness the power of sacred prayers for ourselves, each other, our communities/all sentient beings, Gaia & the Cosmos.

Nestled in a beautiful tranquil spot betwixt undulating meadows & expansive open moorland. The venue has a spacious wooden dance-floor, well equipped kitchen, toilets & showers, & camping on the land.
