Sacred Pause women’s retreat is a collaboration between myself and shamanic practitioner Emmalene Katayama.

An invitation to join us for a Sacred Pause under the full moon at the pivotal time of Imbolc. Nourishing in the divine feminine, we shall dive deep into 5Rhythms dance, self-enquiry, yoga nidra, meditation and shamanic journeying.

In this retreat we shall explore and integrate receptivity & activation, yin & yang, inner & outer dimensions of being.  

Co-creation, companionship, shared meals, a fire ceremony, being in nature and much more.

Nestled in a beautiful tranquil spot between undulating meadows and expansive open moorland, the venue has a lovely spacious wooden dancefloor, well-equipped kitchen, toilets and showers.
